***This role requires you to be on-site in Capenhurst near Chester (CH1 6ES) 3 days per week. Please apply ONLY if you live within a reasonable commuting distance***

About the role:
The Finance Analyst’s role is to support the core budgeting, forecasting and commercial analytical processes. This includes working with the business to review and analyse business performance and leading the forecast process working with the FC and CFO. We also want you to:

• Implement a Finance Data Management strategy
• Develop and improve Finance reporting outputs
• Initiate and manage Finance analytics to support business decisions and highlight business performance
• Support the EPM implementation and the ongoing outputs
• Contribute to the ERP project by helping to define data sets and data capture processes to support enhanced analytical capability.

What we’ll need from you:
• Qualified Accountant-CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA or similar – globally recognised
• Experience in Financial Analysis
• Data Management Techniques
• Skilled in reporting tools and data aggregation to support analytics
• Exceptional Excel and BI tool skills
• Experience with KPI development
• Working knowledge of SQL queries, Power BI process improvement, process automation, MS power apps, D365 and Epicor ERP would be a distinct advantage
