***this is a hybrid role with 1 day per week in our Capenhurst office (CH1 6ES) and potentially additional days as and when the business requires***


About the role:
• Identify opportunities for AI innovation across various departmental processes, products and services within the company
• Translate identified opportunities into novel AI models that address specific business challenges
• Develop, execute, prioritise and lead a comprehensive strategy for how AI can be implemented into the organisation
• Build, co-ordinate and mentor a team of AI ambassadors across the organisation
• Create a culture which sees all employees actively fostering AI
• Establish training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance within AI
• Work closely with key stakeholders and with information security management to foresee and mitigate risks
• Communicate AI strategies, initiatives and outcomes effectively
• Develop policies, procedures and processes to manage AI ethics, privacy and security concerns

What we’ll need from you:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Computer Science with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence
• A good deal of industry experience in developing, deploying and supporting the maintenance throughout the AI development life cycle
• Experience in driving innovation
• Extensive knowledge of the development and testing of AI models
• Creative problem solving mindset when working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Awareness of ethical and information security considerations when implementing AI models
• Master’s degree – specific focus on Artificial Intelligence would be desirable but not essential

• £40,000 - £45,000
