About the role:
In this role, you will implement a strategic business development plan focused on expanding the market reach of VisNet Monitoring and be instrumental in strengthening relationships with our existing clients, ensuring they continue to derive increasing value from our solutions whilst expanding our customer base in new markets.
• Engage with our existing customer base to identify opportunities to enhance the suite of apps and services they utilise from our core offering
• Identify and cultivate relationships with new customers, with a particular focus on expanding into international markets and new sectors
• Drive product positioning and market differentiation to address client needs and competitive pressures

What we’ll need from you:
• Experience in the electricity distribution sector
• Experience in a sales/business development environment where engagement with a range of stakeholders was necessary
• Significant understanding of the electricity market and advanced technological knowledge
• Have the ability to articulate the value of our products to a technically savvy audience and provide strategic insights into market trends and client needs
• Experience in selling SaaS based offerings would be a distinct advantage
• Engineering or business related degree is desirable
