About the role:
The Marketing Manager will lead and execute the marketing initiatives of our Asset Management team managing a small team. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, creating campaigns and driving engagement with target audiences to support business growth and enhance our market presence.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
• Identify target markets, customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Support the launch and promotion of new products
• Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email and events
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Monitor the performance of marketing activities and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
• Partner with product development teams to support the launch of asset management solutions.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners.
What we’ll need from you:
• Significant experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B or technology/industrial markets
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms and analytics software.
• Experience with marketing software including HubSpot, Google Analytics or similar tools.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Studies or Economics or equivalent working experience
• Strong digital marketing experience
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
• Familiarity with European markets is highly desirable.

• Up to £50,000 basic salary p.a.
