About the role:
You’ll be an integral part of an already successful sales team and be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Account Managers (SAMs) across selected UK Distribution Network Operator (DNO) sector. This role covers the full range of EA Technology’s offerings including consultancy, services and products.
The successful candidate will support the SAMs in the execution of the strategic sales plans, identify new opportunities, following up on all open opportunities and support during the negotiation and close of contracts.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Management of open opportunities within our CRM system ensuring they are followed up and up to date in line with KPI timescales
• Provide administrative support at customer meetings on and off site
• The role will become a key point of contact for all DNO customers; where possible, you will manage enquiries or escalate to SAMs when necessary
• Support the SAMs in research and reporting requirements
• Provide support to the wider sales team as and when required.

• Some experience within a sales environment
• Excellent communication and note taking skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving challenges and delivering value
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven, with a high level of initiative and ownership
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
